(“the App”), developed by Jeffry Torres, handles your information.

• Notes and favorites you create are stored only on your device using your device’s local storage. They are never sent to any server.
• The App does not use analytics, advertising SDKs, crash-reporting services, or any other third-party data collection tools.
• The App does not request access to your contacts, camera, microphone, location, or any other device sensor.

How Your Data Is Used

• Saved notes are displayed only to you within the App.
• Favorited tags are used only to personalize your in-app experience.
• No data leaves your device for any purpose.

Data Sharing

• We do not sell, rent, or share your data with any third party.
• There are no advertising partners, analytics providers, or cloud services involved.

Data Retention

• Your notes and favorites remain on your device until you delete them within the App or uninstall the App.
• Uninstalling the App permanently removes all locally stored data.

Children’s Privacy

• This App is intended for healthcare and regulatory professionals. It is not directed at children under 13.
• We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to This Policy

• If this policy changes materially, the updated version will be included in the next App update with a revised effective date.
• Continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
